<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet ink containing a polyimide-forming component at high concentration and formable of a relatively thick film (2 μm or more) by single jetting. <P>SOLUTION: A thermosetting composition includes at least one amic acid selected from the group consisting of: an amic acid (A) obtained by using a compound (a1) having an acid anhydride group and a monoamine compound (a2) represented by general formula (1) other than the compound (a1); and an amic acid (B) obtained by using a compound (b1) having an amino group and a compound (b2) having one acid anhydride group represented by general formula (2) other than the compound (b1), wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-100C monovalent organic group having a crosslinkable unsaturated bond, and in formula (2), R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-100C bivalent organic group having a crosslinkable unsaturated bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
