Provided is a method for a transmitter to transmit periodic first data through a channel of an unlicensed band. The transmitter adjusts at least one from a transmission view point of the first data and a clear channel assessment (CCA) view point on the channel, to occupy the channel. The transmitter performs CCA on the channel in the CCA view point, and determines whether to occupy the channel or not. And the transmitter transmits the first data in the transmission view point of the first data through the channel when the channel can be occupied.
