发明名称 Procédé pour la fabrication de filets de camouflage
摘要 832,216. Laminates. LJUNGBO S.O.B. June 11, 1956 [June 13, 1955], No. 17951/56. Class 140. [Also in Group XV] Camouflage netting is produced by a method comprising the step of adhesively bonding to a net made of synthetic resin filaments a polyvinyl chloride film which is provided on one side with a camouflage pattern in two or more colours, e.g. by printing, before it is bonded to the net. A coating of cyclohexanone or of an adhesive consisting of a solution of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber in mesityl oxide may be applied to the PVC film, the net and the coated side of the film brought together and heated under pressure. Holes may be formed through the film, by blowing hot air on to the film, or by pouring hot liquid, e.g. molten lead, on to it or by cooling the composite article so that the film becomes brittle and then piercing holes in the film, e.g. by means of a roller with pegs or by shot from a shotgun or by punching. The film may be punched before union with the net. The net may be of nylon filament, which may be coated with an adhesive, e.g. polyvinyl butyral, or other polyvinyl acetal and/or a solution of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, polymethyl methacrylate, polyisobutyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, or polymers or copolymers of vinylidene chloride. In a modification, a plurality of irregular-shaped pieces of the PVC film of different colours are adhesively bonded to one side of the net.
