A base station device comprising; a receiver which receives a RADIO LINK RECONFIGURATION REQUEST message comprising a Radio Link Control Protocol Data Unit (RLC PDU) size format information from a control device, and a call controller which transmits and receives messages to and from the control device, wherein the RLC PDU size format information includes information which indicates whether the RLC PDU size is fixed or not; wherein the RLC PDU size format information is used for a priority queue; and wherein if, in a new configuration, Node B Communication Context is set to use fixed Medium Access Control-d Protocol Data Unit (MAC-d PDU) size and there exist a priority queue that is set to use variable RLC PDU size, the base station device rejects a procedure for re-setting asynchronous radio link using a RADIO LINK RECONFIGURATION FAILURE message.
