Disclosed is a dust collecting device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dust collecting device comprises: a dust collecting unit for collecting dust generated when tapping molten steel from a tap hole of a blast furnace to a runner; and an air curtain generating unit which generates an air curtain by partitioning a dust collecting space for preventing from scattering dust outside a workplace.
