PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device capable of sampling a high viscosity fluid such as a heavy oil highly accurately by a simple method by using a four-way valve.SOLUTION: In a device for sampling a heavy oil flowing in a pipe, sampling of a heavy oil is performed by switching a passage in a four-way valve. The four-way valve has a valve part inside capable of switching a passage by rotation, and a first passage is switched to/from a second passage by rotation of the valve part, and a peripheral part of a through hole on the outer surface of the valve part is brought into contact with a seal material before/after switching of the two passages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
