PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery, which manufacturing cost is reduced and has an urging member with enhanced shock resistance; and to provide a fuel battery system having the same.SOLUTION: A fuel battery 2 has: a fuel battery stack 21 configured by alternately stacking plural power generation cells and plural separators; an upper base 22 and a lower base 23 between which the fuel battery stack 21 is directly or indirectly sandwiched in the stack direction D1 of the power generation cells and the separators; a heat insulation wall member 6 which is configured integrally with the lower base 23 or the upper base 22, covers the fuel battery stack 21 from the upper and lower sides in the stack direction D1 and from the lateral direction D2 perpendicular to the stack direction D1, and thermally insulates an internal space 41 and an outer space 42 of the heat insulation wall member 6; and an urging unit 30 having an urging member 34 which urges at least one of the lower base 23 and the upper base 22 in such a direction that the lower base 23 and the upper base 22 may approach each other, and is disposed in the outer space 42 of the heat insulation wall member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
