PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift a ban of motor assistance as quickly as possible when travel safety of a vehicle is assured after operation of a safety mechanism which brings ban of motor assistance, relating to a vehicle equipped with a motor capable of applying a rotational driving force to an axle or crank shaft of an internal combustion engine during travel.SOLUTION: To provide a control device of a vehicle which performs idling stop of an internal combustion engine after operation of a predetermined safety mechanism that is mounted on a vehicle and prohibits applying of a rotational driving force to an axle or crank shaft by a motor until a condition that a car speed becomes 0 is met, and lifts a ban of applying the rotational driving force to the axle or the crank shaft by the motor when the condition is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
