PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer in which the main axis of directivity characteristics can be inclined in the elongation direction of a valley in a vibrator that is formed of a pair of curved surfaces forming a valley therebetween.SOLUTION: A vibrator 20 has coils on the upper end side and lower end side of the junction of a diaphragm 20A and a diaphragm 20B. When an acoustic signal is supplied to the coil, the vibrator 20 vibrates in the back and forth direction. When an acoustic signal supplied to the lower end coil is delayed behind an acoustic signal supplied to the upper end coil, vibration at the lower end of the vibrator 20 has a phase lag behind that at the upper end. When there is a phase difference in the vibration in the vertical direction, the direction of travel of a sound wave generated from the vibrator 20 inclines downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
