PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform supply/demand adjustment between an upper community energy management system and a lower community energy management system.SOLUTION: User energy management systems 41, 42 transmit supply/demand prediction results to lower CEMSs (Community Energy Management System) 71, 72, respectively. The lower CEMSs 71, 72 perform supply/demand prediction calculation for user groups 31, 32 and transmit supply/demand prediction results of the calculation and user information to an upper CEMS 90. The user information includes information showing the number of users for each user type. The upper CEMS 90 calculates a supply/demand adjustment amount on the basis of the supply/demand prediction of the user groups 31, 32 to individually distribute the supply/demand adjustment amount to the respective user groups by using a distribution ratio based on the user information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
