PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate equipped with a semiconductor layer having a bent part differently bent between its inner and outer side edges.SOLUTION: An array substrate comprises a first transistor T1 and a second transistor T2 which are electrically connected to each other and share a semiconductor layer 100 including a first side part 110 and a bent part 101 connected to the first side part 110 and a bottom part 130 connected to the bent part 101. Surrounded by an extended line L1of a first outside edge of the first side part 110, an extended line Lof a second outside edge of the bottom part 130 and a third outside edge of the bent part 101, first area A1 is formed; surrounded by an extended line L1of a first inside edge of the first side part 110, an extended line Lof a second inside edge of the bottom part 130 and a third inside edge of the bent part 101, a second area A2 is formed; and the square measure of the first area A1 is smaller than that of the second area A2.
