PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuraminidase inhibitor derived from a Ganoderma lingzhi extract, food products, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals (anti-influenza agents) comprising the neuraminidase inhibitor, and a method for producing the neuraminidase inhibitor.SOLUTION: A neuraminidase inhibitor has the effect of inhibiting the activity of neuraminidase (NA), the neuraminidase inhibitor comprising an organic solvent extract from Ganoderma lingzhi or a triterpenoid contained therein, or an aqueous solvent extract from Ganoderma lingzhi.
