Disclosed is a thick steel sheet cutting apparatus. According to an aspect of the present invention, the thick steel sheet cutting apparatus comprises: a cutting module generating a flame at high temperatures to be transmitted to a thick steel sheet; and a through hole forming module connected to the cutting module, forming a through hole to transmit the flame of the cutting module to the thick steel sheet. Moreover, the through hole forming module is arranged in a position which does not interfere in the cutting module, thus being installed to be elevated and rotated.
