PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose an oil level sensor so as to lower an impact even if a liquid level of oil stored in an oil pan temporarily varies, to reduce the frequency of erroneous detection.SOLUTION: In an oil strainer, a strainer body 20 is formed with a right-side pipe part 25 and a left-side pipe part 26. A middle part of the right-side pipe part 25 and a middle part of the left-side pipe part 26 are separated apart from each other in a horizontal direction. A sensor mounting plate part 35 to which the oil level sensor S for detecting an oil level in the oil pan is mounted is provided between the middle part of the right-side pipe part 25 and the middle part of the left-side pipe part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
