The present invention relates to an electric food grater, and the objective of the present invention is to grate and discharge fed food material in particle form of a proper size such that a user can feel the original texture of the food material and the food material can be made to be rich in fiber and smooth to eat. To this end, the electric food grater, according to the present invention, comprises: a grater body (100) provided with a drive motor (111) and a speed reducer (112) therein, and having a drum mounting part (120) formed to protrude such that an output shaft (113) of the speed reducer (112) is disposed at the center part thereof; a housing-drum (200) formed in a drum shape in which a front surface part is closed and a rear surface part is opened, and of which the rear surface part is detachably mounted to the drum mounting part (120) of the grater body (100), a feed port (210) for feeding the food materials is provided to be erected at the upper part thereof, and a discharge port (220) is formed to extend in the horizontal direction at the lower part thereof facing the feed port (210); a grating roller (300) accommodated and disposed in the horizontal direction inside the housing-drum (200), and of which a rotary shaft (310) is provided at the center part thereof and detachably coupled to the output shaft (113) such that the roller is rotatably disposed while maintaining a predetermined gap from an inner wall of the housing-drum (200) and a plurality of grating cutters (320), for grating the food materials fed through the feed port (210), are arranged at predetermined intervals at the wall surface thereof; and a push stick (500) for pushing, into the housing-drum (200), the food materials having been put into the feed port (210). |
