A locking structure for a folding vehicle, comprising a first chassis (10), a second chassis (20) hingedly connected to the first chassis, a locking block (30) fixedly connected to the first chassis (10), a locking handle (40) rotatably connected to the second chassis (20), and a cover plate (50); the locking block (30) is provided with a stop portion (31) and a locking portion (33); the locking handle (40) is provided with an abutting portion (411); and when the first chassis (10) and the second chassis (20) are unfolded and spread flat, the locking handle (40) abuts against the stop portion (31) of the locking block (30), and the locking portion (33) of the locking block (30) abuts against the abutting portion (411) of the locking handle (40), and the cover plate (50) presses against the locking handle (40), such that the first chassis (10) and the second chassis (20) are mutually and fixedly connected via the mutual fixed connection between the locking handle (40) and the locking block (30). Also disclosed is a folding vehicle. The locking structure is simple, reliable and convenient to operate, and ensures a good appearance of the folding vehicle via the covering by the cover plate in an unfolded state. |
