Provided in the present invention are network assisted interference cancellation and suppression (NAICS), control method and device thereof, for reducing processing complexity when a user equipment (UE) performs NAICS in a CA scenario, without requiring an excessive high layer signaling overhead and without wasting a carrier aggregation capacity of the UE. The NAICS method comprises: a UE receives an interference cancellation instruction message transmitted by a base station, the interference cancellation instruction message comprising an identifier of a member carrier with respect to which the UE performs NAICS, and the member carrier being a member carrier when carrier aggregation transmission is performed for a UE; the UE performs NAICS with respect to the member carrier according to the interference cancellation instruction message.
