Provided is a novel large-current magnetic reed pipe. Multi-strand soft metal wires made of a metal material having excellent conductivity, or an electrically conductive layer made of a material having excellent conductivity are added to a conventional magnetic reed, the multi-strand soft metal wires being connected to the two ends of the magnetic reed in parallel. The large-current magnetic reed pipe consists of an insulating pipe housing (11) and magnetic reeds (12, 13) disposed at two inner ends thereof; the magnetic reeds (12, 13) overlap at a middle portion with a gap therebetween, and overlapping end surfaces of the magnetic reeds (12, 13) have contact points (121, 131); the magnetic reeds (12, 13) have a two-layer structure, one layer being composed of a soft magnetic metal material with excellent magnetic conductivity and high strength elasticity, and the other layer being a highly flexible component formed from a material with excellent electrical conductivity, components of the two layers being fused and welded under high temperature to the two ends of the reed, and a high-temperature fusion and welding point at one end fusing to become integral with a contact point. The magnetic reeds (12, 13) are tightly sealed at two end surface portions (111) of the insulating housing (11), and the interior of the insulating housing (11) is hollow, forming a sealed structure, and is filled with an inert gas to protect the contact points from oxidation, and the magnetic reed pipe can bear a large current. |
