PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly-precise and rapid printing processing by reducing recording processing of a pixel on a recording unit.SOLUTION: A printer includes one or a plurality of printing recording parts (8), a pixel extraction part (12), a storage part (14), and one or a plurality of pixel writing part (16). The printing recording part includes a plurality of recording units (10) arranged side by side and shifting a recording position of a pixel between the recording units, and prints on a printing medium (18) by printing means (6). The pixel extraction part extracts and holds pixel information included in fetched print image data in an order of recording on the recording units in each recording unit of a recording destination. The storage part stores the pixel information held in the pixel extraction part collectively by each predetermined capacity. A pixel writing part fetches and holds the pixel information from the storage part and writes the held pixel information in the recording unit upon a timing of a writing start set on each recording unit to the corresponding printing recording part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
