A rear housing of a display apparatus and the display apparatus. The rear housing of the display apparatus comprises a first housing (1), a third housing (3) and a second housing (2). The first housing (1), the third housing (3) and the second housing (2) are transversely and sequentially arranged. The bottom of the first housing (1) is provided with a first fixing portion (11) extending toward the second housing (2), and the bottom of the second housing (2) is provided with a second fixing portion (21) extending toward the first housing (1). The first fixing portion (11) and the second fixing portion (21) are connected by means of a first connecting component (4). Two side edges of the third housing (3) are respectively connected to the first housing (1) and the second housing (2) by means of a second connecting component (4). The rear housing of the display apparatus comprises multiple separable housings, and the housings can be connected to each other to form the complete rear housing of the display apparatus, so that the mold making period can be shortened and the forming difficulty can be reduced. |
