PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit integrated electric motor capable of solving a problem that, a smoothing capacitor and other electronic components, which are susceptible to the ambient air, water and dust, are mounted on a shaft closer to the front end than a switching element which is poor in durability, resulting in a long shaft.SOLUTION: A power supply unit integrated with a bracket, includes: a power semiconductor component; a power circuit which has an electric component including a smoothing capacitor for controlling the power on a stator winding and a magnetic field wiring; and a heat sink mounted with an electric component. An air intake port of a cooling fan is provided to the end face of the bracket, and the exhaust port of the cooling fan is provided to the outer peripheral surface of the bracket. The clearance between the bracket and the heat sink form an air flow path communicating with the air intake port, and the clearance between the bracket and a rotor form an air flow path communicating with the exhaust port. A plane of the heat sink facing to the bracket is formed protruding toward the air flow path, which communicates with the air intake port, to form a concave part in a mounting plane of the electric component for storing the electric component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
