The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing lactic acid and, more specifically, to a method for biochemically producing D-lactic acid. According to the present invention, the production method relates to a reaction for manufacturing lactic acid by reacting acetaldehyde with cyanide salts, and enables to be reacted by using enzyme. The manufacturing method of lactic acid by using enzyme of the present invention is capable of manufacturing lactic acid in which a D-isomer is predominant through a simple reaction process in general reaction conditions. A ratio of a D-isomer and an L-isomer of the manufactured lactic acid can be regulated by controlling reaction time by the manufacturing method of lactic acid by using enzyme of the present invention. The lactic acid can be manufactured at low costs by reusing five times or more of enzyme with respect to the reaction by the method for reusing enzyme of the present invention. |
