PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative brake controlling device capable of easily controlling a regenerative brake to a prescribed regenerative level having operability according to a traveling state.SOLUTION: A regenerative brake controlling device comprises a shift lever (6) and a paddle switch (10) for setting a regenerative level of regenerative brake force of an electric motor (1), where the paddle switch can be set for more multi-steps than that of the shift lever, and setting for making a regenerative ratio weaker than an initial value of the regenerative level can be performed only by the paddle switch. |
