This optical film includes a substrate and a plurality of convex microlenses arrayed on the substrate. The microlenses have an ±-region and a ²-region. The ²-region occupies the outer portion of the convex shape of the microlenses, and is positioned in a manner so as to cover the ±-region. In an adhesion test conforming to ISO 2409 for measuring the adhesiveness of the substrate and the optical film, the test result is class 0 or class 1.
