<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label with a good tearing property made of a heat shrinkable polyester film which has good openability along perforations and has high productivity and is excellent in reinforcing effect to a packaged article. <P>SOLUTION: The label using a heat shrinkable film, which is shrunk by heat in the width direction of the film as the main shrinkage direction, as a base material, is cut in accordance with a packaged article and is an annular object prepared by adhering both edges of the width direction of the film and covers on at least a part of the outer periphery of the packaged article by heat shrinkage, wherein the right angle tear strength in the direction right-angled with the main shrinkage direction (film longitudinal direction) is 100 N/mm to 310 N/mm and the tensile breaking strength in the direction right-angled with the main shrinkage direction (film longitudinal direction) is 50 MPa or more and 300 MPa or less and the maximum heat shrinkage stress in the main shrinkage direction is 7 (MPa) or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
