The element has a hollow body (1) filled with fluids e.g. water or a water salt mixture, comprising a melting point in two temperature intervals, where the fluids form segregated heavy and slight phases (2, 3) with different colors. One of the fluids comprises a melting point of minus 2 to 3 degree Celsius, and another fluid has a melting point of 4 to 8 degree Celsius or 18 to 24 degree Celsius. The hollow body is made of plastic such as high density polyethylene or polypropylene. The body has a barrier layer such as fluorine barrier layer, silicon barrier layer or a polyamide barrier layer.
