Disclosed are an injection-molding mold for forming an injection-molded product to which cloth such as velvet and fabric is attached and a method for molding a cloth-attached injection-molded product by uinsg the same. The mold for forming a cloth-attached injection-molded product includes: an upper core which limits the shape of an upper portion of the cloth-attached injection-molded product and has an injection-molded product upper portion shape side which is hidden by cloth before injection of a molten resin; an upper mold having an upper disk which supports the upper core; a lower core which has an injection-molded product lower portion shape surface which limits the shape of a lower portion of the injection-molded product; and a lower mold having a lower disk which supports the lower core. The upper mold moves in the direction of approaching the injection-molded product lower portion shape surface to make a lateral portion of the cloth come in close contact with the injection-molded product lower portion shape surface. The upper mold additionally includes a sliding core which moves in the direction of going away from the injection-molded product lower portion shape surface if the upper mold is separated from the lower mold.
