The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing electricity and oil. The method for producing electricity and oil of the present invention can uniformly produce and supply electricity and oil through coal gasification using compressed air and through using remaining liquefied gas in generating of electricity and oil. Therefore, the method of the present invention can minimize consumed power and can enhance energy production by utilizing consumed liquefied gas in producing electricity and oil. The method of producing electricity and oil in the present invention comprises: an ash removal step for removing ash from coal; a gasification step for converting coal after ash removal into gaseous state by using compressed air at high temperature; a liquefaction step for producing oil in liquid state from gasified coal using a synthesis reactor; and a generation step for using liquefied gas remaining from the liquefaction step to generate electricity and oil.
