What is described is a pharmaceutical preparation containing 1-(3-cyclopropylmethoxy-4-difluoromethoxyphenyl)-2-(3,5-dichloro-1-oxypyridin-4-yl)ethyl ester (-)-3-cyclopropylmethoxy-4-methansulphonylaminobenzoic acid, surfactant, co-solvent and propellant. The surfactant is specified in polyethylene glycol 600 (PEG600) or polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), or a mixture thereof. The co-solvent represents ethanol.
