The present invention relates to a liquid display device including a fingerprint recognition device. The liquid display device includes a display part which is arranged in pixel regions formed in the intersection part of a gate line and a data line; and a sensing part which is partly or entirely arranged in the pixel regions and comprises a sensing TFT, a schottky photodiode, and a sensing capacitor. The schottky photodiode can be stacked in the upper part of the sensing TFT. The purpose of the present invention is to increase the recognition rate of the recognition device. |
