摘要 The present invention relates to a micro-needle, a sensor for detecting nitrogen monoxide comprising the micro-needle, a medical instrument comprising the micro-needle, and a manufacturing method thereof. The micro-needle of the present invention detects existence of monoxide by an electrochemical principle. In addition, the micro-needle detects concentration change in monoxide in real time. The monoxide detection is used in not only cancer diagnosis, but also prediction of size and growth degree of a tumor. The micro-needle comprises: a micro-needle base; an adhesive polymer layer; a conductive polymer layer; and a monoxide-adhered molecule layer including iron ions sequentially laminated.
