PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam recovery unit in which a steam amount can be decreased.SOLUTION: An electric pot comprises: a container body; an inner container which is stored in the container body; heating means which heats liquid in the inner container; and a lid body which is provided above the container body. The lid body includes a steam recovery unit which is a body separated from the lid body. The steam recovery unit comprises: an inlet; a passage through which steam passes; an outlet; and an aperture which is opened to outside at a rear end thereof. One end part of a seal packing material is installed at the aperture. When the lid body is closed, the other end part of the seal packing material contacts with the container body to form a chamber reversing the steam into inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
