SEPARATING COMPONENTS OF PLANT BIOMASS

The invention relates to a method of digesting plant biomass regardless of the plant specifications, in order to precisely separate the different components of the plants from one another in such a way that they can be fed individually to a separate recovery system. The liquid (suspension) accumulating while the method is performed is used as an energy source, is available for further refining or is fed back into the process. The method of obtaining components of plant biomass which are precisely separated from one another is performed by mechanical processing in a ribolyser, hydrolysis and washing processes adapted to the type of biomass and products to be obtained. The ribolyser consists of a cylindrical container with oscillating elements on a rotating shaft, the design of which can be adapted to the type of plant biomass and products to be obtained. The basic functions are biomass intake, digesting and biomass discharge.
