The invention relates to an orthosis, in particular foot drop orthosis, comprising a sole (12) from which web-like supporting elements (14), which are opposite each other, extend away in the vertical direction and transition into a support region (17) which partially surrounds a lower leg while leaving a shinbone region open. A tab (19) is provided on the sole (12) in the region of the forefoot and extends at least in the direction of an upper side of the forefoot and forms a first point of application (31) for connection of at least one tie strap (25). A second and third point of application (32, 33) for connection of the at least one tie strap (25) and a cuff strap (26) is provided in each support section (16) facing the shinbone. A fastener (27), which can be operated by hand, has at least one first and second fastening point (28, 29) for the at least one tie strap (25) and the cuff strap (26) and is detachably fastened to the second or third point of application (32, 33). In a closed position (14) of the fastener (27), a tension force is applied to the at least one tie strap (25) between the first, second and third point of application (31, 32, 33). |
