PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation comprising a multivesicular liposome, and one or more kinds of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.SOLUTION: The invention discloses a formulation comprising a multivesicular liposome, and one or more kinds of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, wherein the side effects of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug which is not enclosed is minimized, while the efficacy is maintained or improved.
