<p>PURPOSE:To improve manufacturing efficiency and quality of product by arranging a sponge layer onto the outer circumferential face of a rubber body burried with a reinforcing layer then providing a first cover layer thereon and forming a second cover layer through adhesive. CONSTITUTION:In a buoyant loading/unloading hose 1, a flange 3 is formed at the end section of a rubber body 2 burried with a reinforcing layer of fiber, spiral wire and the like. A sponge 4 containing independent foam is wound around the outer circumferential face of the body 2, and first and second covers 5, 6 are provided additionally. The first cover 5 is composed of vulcanized acylonitrile butadiene series rubber burried with fiber band. The second cover 6 is applied with room temperature hardening ether series liquid urethane rubber through a room temperature hardening adhesive and hardened. Consequently, a buoyant loading/unloading hose can be manufactured efficiently without requiring repairing process and the like, and the product quality can also be improved.</p> |
