Disclosed is a covered member 19 including a base material 4, a first intermediate layer 20 that has a roughened surface 20a and covers the base material 4, and a DLC film 22 that covers the surface 20a of the first intermediate layer 20. The first intermediate layer 20 and the DLC film 22 are formed in a state where the temperature of the base material 4 is kept at 300°C or lower. The surface 20a of the first intermediate layer 20 is roughened by collision of ions. |
