The invention concerns a procedure for producing a frame construction in a concrete element, and a frame construction. The frame construction 2, 3 comprises a frame part proper 2 and a fixing projection part 3 for casting in the concrete material. The frame construction 2, 3 is arranged,for the casting operation, to form a part of the cast mould for the element 1. In order to simplify the production process and bring about a favourable frame construction, the frame construction 2, 3 has been arranged to form the mould part required for the casting of a complete door or window opening, while the projection part 3, in addition, has been arranged to form the complete finished surface of the inner and/or outer side edges of the door or window opening. <IMAGE>
