When the control unit (3) has determined that the vehicle (1) has entered a curve (9, 9′), the control unit (3) is arranged to determine if an imaginary sensor line (8a, 8b) running a certain distance (11, 12) from the lane marking line (5, 6) has been crossed by the vehicle (1).
