A driving device for a vehicle is provided with a motor housing accommodating an electromotive motor, a driven member, a coupling member for drivably coupling the electromotive motor and the driven member, a supporting member (2) supporting the motor housing, a plastic boss section (21) provided so as to project from the motor housing or the supporting member (2), an engaging section (36) provided so as to project from the other of the motor housing and the supporting member (2), a fastening implement (40) for fastening the motor housing and the supporting member (2), and a protrusion section (23) provided so as to project from a front end surface (22) of the boss section (21) and adapted to be crushed between the front end surface (22) and an inward flange (35). The engaging section (36) includes a tubular section (33) in contact with a circumferential edge section (24) of a base of the boss section (21) so as to cover an outside surface of the boss section (21), and the inward flange (35) forming an insertion hole (34) and covering the front end surface (22) of the boss section (21). The fastening section (40) includes a threaded section (41) movably inserted into the insertion hole (34) and threaded into the boss section (21), and a head section (42) that, together with the front end section (22) of the boss section (21), sandwiches the inward flange (35). |
