PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groundwater neutralization method and a groundwater neutralization system for performing pH adjustment on an original position without withdrawing groundwater showing alkaline property by supplying carbon dioxide into the ground, to thereby achieve surely neutralization.SOLUTION: In a groundwater neutralization method for discharging carbon dioxide into a crushed stone layer constituted in the ground to generate contact and fusion into groundwater flowing into the crushed stone layer, a single grain size crushed stone having the grain size of 13 mm or more and 20 mm or less is used as the crushed stone, and a clearance formed thereby is continued in the height direction and in the lateral direction, and carbon dioxide is moved dispersedly in the lateral direction and simultaneously lifted through the continuous clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
