PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing beverage in a cup, which can prevent scattering of beverage due to putting in of ice without additionally installing a new component.SOLUTION: A method for preparing beverage in a cup prepares cold beverage by mixing a raw material, diluent, and ice in a cup C, and comprises: an ice putting-in step for putting the ice in the cup C after a liquid concentrate formation step in which the diluent whose volume is less than volume for one cup is put in the cup C for mixing the diluent and the raw material; and a beverage formation step for, putting the diluent by whose volume, the volume for one cup can be filled (residual volume) in the cup C, for forming beverage. When the ice is put in the cup C in the ice putting-in step, there is the liquid concentrate whose volume is less than volume for one cup, and a liquid surface is a low state (L1) to a size of the cup, so that a scattering range of the liquid concentrate when the ice is fallen in the liquid concentrate and collides the liquid concentrate is limited to an inner wall of the cup C, so that the liquid concentrate does not scatter outside of the cup C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
