PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stylus having excellent dimensional accuracy at a hard contact part.SOLUTION: A stylus includes a hard contact part 2 at a tip end of the stylus which contacts with a surface of a measuring object to perform a three-dimensional measuring. A number of diamond particles 3 are oriented in irregular directions and coupled to each other to form a diamond polycrystalline, which is fixed to a prong tip. A tip of the diamond polycrystalline is ground and polished to fit a predetermined curvature radius so as to form the stylus. |
