PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick and safe evacuation guidance at a time of occurrence of a disaster in a ship evacuation guidance system and a ship evacuation guidance method.SOLUTION: A ship evacuation guidance system includes: a personnel-placement-information acquisition unit 101 acquiring passenger position information in a predetermined area in a ship on the basis of information from a camera 111 provided in the ship; an evacuation-route calculation unit 102 determining an evacuation route based on passage propriety information set from the passenger position information from the passenger-placement-information acquisition unit 101 and evacuation event information; an evacuation-information management unit 103 sharing information with the personnel-placement-information acquisition unit 101 and the evacuation-route calculation unit 102 and outputting the evacuation route determined by the evacuation-route calculation unit 102; an evacuation guidance unit 104 changing an evacuation guidance display provided in a ship internal passage based on the evacuation route output from the evacuation-information management unit 103; and a meeting-place management unit 105 allocating lifesaving boats 46 and 47 for boarding to a plurality of passengers evacuated to a plurality of master stations. |
