PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage bag which enables a mobile phone stored inside to be operated in a stored state and to provide a vehicle including the storage bag.SOLUTION: A storage bag 100 includes an opening part 100a in at least one position and stores a mobile phone SP enabling input operation by detecting change of electrostatic capacitance. A flexible base fabric 1 composed of a first fiber FB1 having light transmissivity is used as fabric of the storage bag 100 at least in a position capable of facing an operation face CP of the mobile phone SP stored in the storage bag 100. A second fiber FB2 having conductivity is arranged at a position of the base fabric 1 corresponding to at least an input position IC of the mobile phone SP.
