PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic shunt device that quickly stops bleeding from a portal vein, inferior vena cava or hepatic vein due to hepatic damage, upon maintaining return to the heart, so as to realize an accurate and quick operation for repairing the hepatic damage or other damages.SOLUTION: A hemostatic shunt device includes: a hose that includes a lumen which penetrates from a distal end to a proximal end and includes a lumen which communicates with each inner cavity of a distal baloon and a proximal baloon and opens in the proximal end; the distal baloon that is attached on a distal side of the hose and is inflatable to such an extent capable of shutting off blood flow of portal vein or inferior vena cava; the proximal baloon that is attached on a proximal side of the hose and is inflatable to such an extent capable of shutting off blood flow of portal vein or inferior vena cava; and a long member that is attached in a direction toward a side more proximal than the proximal end of the hose.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
