<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of a neck part to say nothing of the improvement of the deterioration resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A head part 21, a lip part 22, and a neck part 23 are formed by ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) that is the rubber material of a non-diene system, and are made a coated part CP1, and a core part CP2 comprising the natural rubber (NR) that is a rubber material of the diene system is provided in the internal of the coated part CP1. As a result, the deterioration resistance of the head part 21, the lip part 22 and the neck part 23 can be improved. Moreover, since the core part CP2 comprising the rubber material of the diene system in the neck part 23 is provided, the flexibility of the neck part 23 can be brought close to the flexibility in the natural rubber (NR) unit. Therefore, the blade rubber 20 can be easily reversed by securing enough flexibility of the neck part 23, and generation of the chattering noise can be controlled by securing improvement of the wiping performance consequently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
