PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actual usage condition tracking system of an electronic award which can be used for the confirmation of advisement effects and market surveys and to provide a program used for the same.SOLUTION: When an electronic award relating to a product or a service distributed to a portable terminal device 42 is used at a specified store or other specified place, an actual usage state tracking system 41 of an electronic award collects information relating to a person having used it, a place where it is used or the time when it is used, and includes: a user ID registration part 413 for accepting and performing registration processing of an attribute information of a user of the portable terminal device; a user award information output part 414 for accepting a use request of the electronic award from the portable terminal device and outputting the user award information by imparting the award information of the electronic award to a unique identifier; and an association processing part 417 for associating the time information used and processed, the place information used and processed, and the attribute information of the user with each other using the unique identifier of the user award information as a key when received the usage processing information from an external device 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
