The present invention discloses a sheet member chucking and dechucking apparatus which can be easily chucked and dechucked. The present invention includes: a body part; a non-adhension part which is installed to at least part of the body part; a chucking part which is installed to the upper surface of the body part except the non-adhesion part and is selectively detachable from the sheet member by adhesion; and a distance control part which is arranged in at least one of the chucking part and the non-adhesion part, adsorbs the sheet member to the chucking member or separates the sheet member adsorbed to the chucking part from the chucking part.
