PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing a biased layered state upon joining which is caused by positional deviation of a supply port.SOLUTION: A base end part of an internal flow passage of a nozzle 41 is divided into three layers by two vertically spaced partition plates 48a and 48b to form three divided flow passages. In each of the three divided flow passages, a first through-hole 49, a second through-hole 50a, and a third through-hole 50b for supplying a first and second liquids, are formed at positions shifted from the center of a flow passage cross-section in a horizontal direction. A width of the cross-section of the flow passage of the divided flow passage in a vertical direction is formed larger toward a side opposite from the shifted side of the first through-hole 49, the second through-hole 50a, and the third through-hole 50b. |
